What we say about ourselves to ourselves in the privacy of our own mind is exactly what we will become.
When we tell ourselves we are afraid of spiders or heights or we can not stop smoking, these thoughts slip effortlessly into our subconscious mind, so when we are next confronted by a spider, exposed to a height we are already expecting to be afraid and that very fear will reinforce our preconceived ideas. When we attempt stop smoking, again we are expecting to fail, and this failure will again reinforce our perception that we can not stop.
One of the most rewarding aspects of treating fears and phobias using hypnosis, is that the cycle will be broken easily. It will effectively eliminate the problem irrespective of how long you have been experiencing it or how difficult you perceive the problem to be.

My Approach & Philosophy
Hypnotherapy uses the power of your mind to enable you to live from your heart, to create health happiness and inner peace.
There is a continuing shift in conscious awareness which is now rapidly gaining momentum. This shift I liken to an awakening of the mind. People are no longer prepared to blindly accept what they are told. They have a need to feel, experience, to understand who they are, to know what their purpose in life is.
I’m sure that we have all at times wondered why we feel a certain way, but don’t really know why. It might be that you know that something just doesn’t feel right. How often have you had a wonderful exciting thought about some thing you would really like to do or achieve, only to find it disappears just as quickly as it came. I believe that this is what the inner you want’s to express, but it struggles to do so.
In our early formative years up to our early teens, we have role modeled those around us. Sadly role modeling tends to be indiscriminate in that we take on the negative as well as the positive learning’s. The need to fit in, to belong and most importantly to be loved and accepted can lead us to take on behaviors that can have a negative effect on us later in life.
For most of us this results in our growing up having little or no understanding of who we are. When most people are asked who they are, they will automatically give their name. This is not who we are, who we are is what we feel in side, our hopes dreams, feelings and emotions.
Conscious awakening is taking the courage to go on a journey of self discovery, to face that which remains lies deep within. For those on this journey, there are amazing opportunities for growth and self awareness. The alternative is to continue thinking the same thoughts, feeling the same emotions and never knowing the real you or your purpose in life.
My journey of self discovery was all of the above, the day I choose to have the courage to take my own journey of self discovery, was the day I started to really begin to accept and love myself.
Hypnotherapy really did change my life. Previously I read everything I could to help bring about change only to find that their was something stopping me. That something was fear self doubt and mistrust.
This was when I first discovered hypnotherapy. What had previously taken many years of emotional struggle to try to free my self from negative programming, I was able to overcome in just a few sessions of Hypnotherapy.
Since my first encounter I have never looked back. I feel so much happier and balanced and in control of my life. Secure in knowing that fear is only an illusion which holds us back from being the person we were meant to be.
That is why I feel so passionate about my work, knowing if I can live my dreams then so can you.
